EXHIBITA: STATEMENT OF WORK <br />Glossary of Terms <br />1. Acceptance Criteria — Acceptance criteria are the standards that must be achieved by the <br />project team for an individual deliverable or milestone to be considered complete. <br />2. acceptance or approval, when given by the City means that the City has reviewed and either <br />accepted or approved a deliverable in writing based upon (i) the Acceptance Criteria; or (ii) the <br />compliance of such deliverable with such other requirements as may be set forth in this <br />Statement of Work. The City reserves the right to determine if a deliverable is conforming to <br />such criteria and requirements in its reasonable discretion. <br />3. CherryRoad Role — The function CherryRoad serves in the completion of an individual project <br />deliverable or milestone. The CherryRoad role is defined in Appendix A for all project <br />deliverables and milestones. <br />4. Decision Document— The purpose of a decision document is to aid project leadership in <br />evaluating complex, impactful project decisions. A decision document will explain a project <br />issue, the corresponding decision that must be made, the pros and cons of possible <br />resolutions, and the project team's recommendation for resolution. <br />5. Deliverable — within a project phase, a deliverable is a documentation work product required <br />for the completion of the project phase. Deliverables are managed in the project schedule with <br />sub -tasks, predecessor tasks, and successor tasks designated. There is a definition of each <br />deliverable included in Appendix A of the Statement of Work. <br />6. Gantt Chart — A Gantt chart is a bar chart used in the Statement of Work to depict the project <br />schedule for an individual project phase. <br />7. Go Live Date — A single go live date is established for each project phase. The Go Live Date <br />marks the date in which the system of record for the City's production business processes <br />transition from the City's legacy system to the Oracle Cloud system. <br />8. Implementation Stage — Each project phase is divided into four components called <br />implementation stages. The four implementation stages are Planning & Discovery, <br />Configuration & Prototypes, Testing & Training, and Implementation & <br />Support. Implementation stages organize the project deliverables and milestones in the order <br />in which they will be completed. <br />9. Implementation Track — Implementation tracks are work streams that group similar <br />deliverables and milestones according to those project team members and positions primarily <br />responsible for the completion of those deliverables and milestones. There are five <br />implementation tracks that are repeated for each project phase: Project Management, <br />Functional, Technical, Organizational Change Management, and Training. <br />10. Milestone — Within a project phase, a milestone is a progress point indicating the completion <br />of key activities and the advancement of the project phase. Milestones are managed in the <br />project schedule with sub -tasks, predecessor tasks, and successor tasks designated. There is <br />a definition of each milestone included in Appendix A of the Statement of Work. <br />11.
