The City shall respond <br />to resubmitted deliverables within five (5) workdays. CherryRoad and the City holidays are not <br />considered work days for the purposes of deliverable acceptance. If a CherryRoad or City holiday <br />falls within the deliverable review period, the project team will follow a mutually agreeable <br />schedule deviation. <br />The table below lists the remaining City and CherryRoad Holidays for 2019. If the City and CherryRoad are unable to <br />come to agreement on the acceptance of a deliverable, the Dispute Resolution Process shall be <br />enforced. <br />2.2 Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Diagram <br />The Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) organizes the project deliverables/milestones and serves <br />as the foundation from which the P03 Baseline Project Schedule will be developed. A WBS <br />numbering convention will be included in the project schedule, which will be developed using <br />Microsoft Projects. Section 3.0 Implementation Timeline includes a summary project schedule <br />with WBS numbering for each project phase. <br />In addition to the project schedule WBS, a WBS diagram has been created to provide a graphical <br />depiction of the CherryRoad deliverable/milestone-based methodology.
