For the Oracle Cloud software listed in the table above, the project team will implement requisite <br />application functionality to meet the City's requirements described in Exhibit B. CherryRoad will <br />satisfy the requirements in a manner consistent with the response codes and response comments <br />provided to meet the detailed needs discovered and documented in Stage 1 and acceptance <br />criteria as discussed. <br />2.6 Report/ Dashboard Development <br />During Stage 2 — Configuration & Prototypes, the project team will review the Citys report <br />requirements as listed in the section that follows during the F03 Gap Analysis effort. The project <br />team will then determine the scope of development that will be required to meet those report <br />requirements. The PO4 Project Scope document will be updated to include the approved report <br />development items. A report must be constructed as one or more of the following: on-screen <br />dashboard, printable paper format, downloadable into Excel or Comma Separated Values (CSV), <br />or attachment to an email. Reports must be available either as a scheduled task for automated <br />running and distribution, or creatable on -demand as needed. <br />Development Responsibilities <br />CherryRoad will provide training to City staff in how to use the ad hoc reporting tools, Oracle <br />Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher. The <br />following training plan will be executed: <br />• Cherry Road will provide complete training for ad-hoc OTBI reporting to approximately 10 <br />department staff prior to implementation. This will consist of up to 10 person classroom training <br />sessions no more than two hours in duration. <br />• Cherry Road will provide complete training on custom reporting tool BI Publisher to <br />approximately 10 IT staff post implementation. This will consist of one classroom training <br />session no more than four hours in duration. <br />• Cherry Road will provide refresher training for ad-hoc OTBI reporting to approximately 10 <br />department staff prior to implementation. This will consist of up to 10 classroom training <br />sessions no more than two hours in duration or one web -based training refresher course one <br />hour in duration. <br />• Cherry Road will provide refresher training on custom reporting tool BI Publisher to <br />approximately 10 IT staff post implementation. This will consist of one classroom training <br />session no more than two hours in duration. <br />2.6.1 Finance Report Development <br />The list below are the City's required system generated reports that support finance business <br />processes.
