• Navigation Training — This training is provided to train the core team on the basic navigation, <br />menu, and related capabilities of the Oracle Cloud software. <br />• Initial Module Training — CherryRoad will conduct overview training on each of the modules <br />to be implemented in each phase. This training will focus on a specific module and cover <br />navigation concepts, baseline functionality, processing and workflow, and other concepts <br />specific to a given module. The goal of this training is to prepare core users of a module for <br />the subsequent configuration and prototype(s) sessions. <br />2.9.3.2 End -User Training <br />The End -User Training method is intended to prepare Redwood City for the user adoption of the <br />HCM/ERP system. CherryRoad will build the T03 Deliver milestone (End User Training) that marks <br />the completion of the End User Training classes as planned for in the T02 Training Plan deliverable. <br />Course enrollment and evaluation procedures are included. <br />CherryRoad will be responsible for completing the following tasks: <br />• Create/modify Computer Based Trainings (CBTs) and/or courseware to be used in the LMS <br />• Support the end user training program <br />• Resolve LMS and/or training environment issues and problems <br />• Create the training materials to be used through a combination of LMS and custom content for the <br />End User Training SMEs <br />2.9.4 Train <br />• All Foundation Project Team training described will be delivered by CherryRoad. <br />• CherryRoad will lead and facilitate the delivery of end-user training. <br />2.9.5 Training Evaluation and Follow Up <br />User training will be evaluated to obtain feedback from participants and to determine if additional <br />remedial training is necessary. CherryRoad may use, as appropriate, several approaches to verify <br />that knowledge transfer has taken place either through formal or informal training and mentoring. <br />• Training Audit — CherryRoad may conduct a training audit after completion of end-user training <br />to evaluate the effectiveness of the training program. <br />• User Surveys — Users will be asked to complete a user survey so that we can assess training <br />effectiveness and knowledge transfer. <br />• Training Workshops — During the initial weeks of live operations, CherryRoad recommends a <br />centralized workshop facility where users can come and enter their initial transactions while <br />having direct support from CherryRoad staff. <br />The following table summarizes the responsibilities for the major tasks and activities associated <br />with the training effort: <br />EXHIBITA STATEMENTOF WORK <br />ATTY/AGR/2019.118/CHERRYROAD ERP IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES <br />REV: 05-13-19 PR Page 41 of 172 <br />A-27 <br />
