3.0 <br />The implementation timeline below represents the timing of the project phases based upon a May <br />2019 project start. Additionally, CherryRoad has accounted for Oracle delivering updates within <br />the implementation timeline. CherryRoad will work with the City during the Project Management <br />deliverables to document the procedures and processes for these quarterly updates.
