Number: FOS <br />Deliverable Name: Complete User Acceptance Test <br />Stage:3 -Testing &Training <br />ITrack: 2- Functional <br />Type: Milestone <br />Description: The F08 Complete User Acceptance Test milestone marks the completion of the User <br />Acceptance Test cycle as defined by the POS Test Plan deliverable. Completion of the F08 Complete User <br />Acceptance Test milestone certifies that the system is ready for Go -Live. <br />Sub-Deliverables/Milestones: There will be a Complete User Acceptance Test milestone for each project <br />phase, resulting in the following sub-milestones: <br />• F08.1 Complete User Acceptance Test - Phase 1 <br />• F08.2 Complete User Acceptance Test - Phase 2 <br />• F08.3 Complete User Acceptance Test - Phase 3 <br />Format: NA <br />Redwood City Role: The City will be responsible for completing the followingtasks in accordance with <br />FOS Test Plan: <br />• Prepare user acceptance test scripts <br />• Execute user acceptance test cycle <br />• Document user acceptance test results <br />CherryRoad Role: CherryRoad will be responsible for completing the following tasks in accordance with <br />the F05 Test Plan: <br />• Prepare unit, system, test scripts and methodology (if combining in one deliverable) <br />• Support Redwood City user acceptance test <br />• Resolve issues and problems uncovered during user acceptance test cycle <br />Acceptance Criteria: The scope, participants, and schedule of F08 Complete User Acceptance Test <br />milestone will follow the approach established by the POS Test Plan deliverable. The F08 Complete User <br />Acceptance Test deliverable is complete when: <br />1. Requisite Test Scripts have been documented for the user acceptance test cycle <br />2. User acceptance test scripts have been executed or placed on hold by the City and CherryRoad <br />3. All issues have been recorded in accordance with the P02 Project Management Plan <br />4. No critical issue preventing production go live remains open. A critical issue is a defect or error <br />that prevents the proper functioning of a Requirement without a functional work around. City, in <br />its sole discretion, may agree to designate a critical issue as non-critical to avoid a delay in <br />production go live. <br />S. Non-critical issues will be resolved by CherryRoad during the Production Support period or on <br />such other schedule as is mutually agreed upon in writing. <br />Deliverable Assumptions: <br />1. The method for determining priority and urgency of test scripts and test issues will be defined by <br />the POS Test Plan deliverable. <br />2.
