D07 Production System Go Live <br />The deliverable definitions for each of the seven (7) Development Implementation Track <br />deliverables are included below. <br />Number: DOl <br />Nam"-* ' <br />�e�le�.� a . <br />Stage: 1 - Planning & Discovery <br />Track: 3 - Development Type: Milestone <br />Description: Following the distribution and review of the F01 Initial Discovery Questionnaires, the <br />project team will determine the scope of configuration and development items required for the F02 <br />Conduct Prototype 1 prototype sessions. The D01 Release 1 Prepared milestone is the completion of <br />those configuration and development items required for the prototype sessions. For all development <br />items the project team will follow the standards defined by the PO2 Development Approach deliverable. <br />Sub-Deliverables/Milestones: There will be a Release 1 Prepared milestone for each project phase, <br />resulting in the following sub -milestones: <br />• DO1.1 Release 1 Prepared - Phase 1 <br />• DO1.2 Release 1 Prepared - Phase 2 <br />• DO1.3 Release 1 Prepared - Phase 3 <br />Format: NA <br />Redwood City Role: The City will be responsible for completing die following tasks: <br />• City assigned conversion tasks <br />• City assigned interface tasks <br />• City assigned report tasks <br />• City assigned security tasks <br />CherryRoad Role: CherryRoad will be responsible for completing the following tasks: <br />• CherryRoad assigned conversion tasks <br />• CherryRoad assigned interface tasks <br />• CherryRoad assigned report tasks <br />• CherryRoad assigned security tasks <br />Acceptance Criteria: The D01 Release 1 Prepared milestone will include the application configuration <br />and development items scheduled for Prototype 1.
