A.5 Training Deliverable Definitions <br />Three (3) of the twenty-eight (28) deliverables reside in the Training Implementation Track. <br />1. T01 Complete Foundation Project Team Training <br />2. T02 Training Plan <br />3. T03 Deliver End User Training <br />The deliverable definitions for each of the three (3) Training Implementation Track deliverables <br />are included below. <br />Number: T01 <br />Name: Complete Foundation Project Team Trap' <br />Stage: 1- Planning &Discovery <br />Track: 5 -Training <br />Type: Milestone <br />Description: Foundation Project Team Training is intended to serve as a system software orientation, and to <br />provide City project team members with exposure to the OracleCloud architectureand navigation very early in <br />the project. The early exposure will better enablethe projectteam to effectively participateinthe subsequent <br />prototype and gap analysis sessions. <br />Sub-Deliverables/Milestones: There will be a Complete Foundation Project Team Training milestone for <br />each project phase, resulting in the following sub -milestones: <br />• T01.1 Complete Foundation Project Team Training - Phase 1 <br />• T01.2 Complete Foundation Project Team Training - Phase 2 <br />• T01.3 Complete Foundation Project Team Training - Phase 3 <br />Format: Learning Management System (LMS) <br />Redwood City Role: The City will be responsible for completing the following tasks: <br />• Attend foundation project team training <br />• Complete applicable Oracle Training - Oracle Foundation Course <br />CherryRoad Role: CherryRoad will be responsible for completing the following tasks: <br />• Prepare foundation project team training sessions <br />• Suggest Oracle Training - Oracle LaulchPad and Guided Learning Starter Packs <br />• Conduct foundation project team training sessions <br />Acceptance Criteria: The T01 Complete Foundation Project Team Training milestone is complete when <br />City project team members have participated in and completed the designated training sessions. The <br />sessions will coverthe following subject matter: <br />1. Orientation providedon the basic system architecture (e.g., lookand feel of the system, tool bars and <br />icons, drop down lists, etc.) and system navigation <br />2. Orientation is also providedon the basic operations and transaction flowof each of the Cloud <br />Applications modules individually, as well as howthese modules work in an integrated fashion. <br />Deliverable/Milestone Assumptions: <br />1. The goal of Foundation Project Team Trainingis togivethe core projectteam an overview of the <br />software, so they have seen its basicfeatures priorto goinginto the prototype sessions. Thesessions <br />will not provide City project team members with an in-depth understanding of the software features, <br />functions, and capabilities <br />2. All foundationteam orientation materials willbedelivered utilizinga baselineLMS. No additional <br />material will bedeveloped. <br />3.
