Number: T03 <br />Name: Del iverEnd User'1'raining <br />Stage:3 -Testing &Training <br />I Track: 5 -Training <br />Type: Milestone <br />Description: The T03 Deliver End User Training milestone marks the completion of the End User Training <br />classes as planned for in the T02 Training Plan deliverable. Course enrollment and evaluation procedures <br />are included. <br />Sub-Deliverables/Milestones: There will be a Deliver End User Training milestone for each project <br />phase, resulting in the following sub -deliverables: <br />• T03.1 Deliver End User Training -Phase 1 <br />• T03.2 Deliver End User Training - Phase 2 <br />• T03.3 Deliver End User Training - Phase 3 <br />Format: Learning Management System (LMS) <br />Redwood City Role: The City will be responsible for completing the following tasks: <br />• Assist in CBT and/or courseware creation <br />• Deliver End User Training <br />• Track training attendance <br />• Track training evaluation <br />CherryRoad Role: CherryRoad will be responsible for completing the following tasks: <br />• Create/modify CBTs and/or courseware to be used in the LMS <br />• Support the end user training program <br />• Resolve LMS and/or training environment issues and problems <br />• Create the training materials to be used through a combination of a Learning Management System <br />(LMS) and custom content for the End User Training SMEs <br />Acceptance Criteria: The T03 Deliver End User Training milestone will be considered complete when all <br />end user training classes, as defined by the T02 Training Plan deliverable, have been conducted. Deliver <br />training for Application Admin/Functional SMEs, System Admin/Technical Training and all are complete <br />and conducted in a timely manner. <br />Deliverable/ Milestone Assumptions: <br />1. The City will assist CherryRoad in preparing training materials to be used using a combination <br />of a Learning Management System (LMS) and custom content. <br />2.
