DES:djk 04/16/96 (097/41) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 8/12/96 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12849 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PARCEL MAP NO. 93-5 <br /> SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br /> PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; <br /> APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br /> THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; <br /> AND ACCEPTING OFFER TO DEDICATE RIGHT-OF-WAY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain parcel map identified as Parcel Map No. <br />93-5 (653 Canyon Road) in the City of Redwood City, prepared by <br />Lea & Sung Engineering, Inc., for Bruce Zillmer and Dorothy L. <br />Zillmer, the owners of record of said subdivision, heretofore <br />determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative <br />parcel map for said subdivision, is approved and accepted subject <br />to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) Before the release of said Parcel Map by the City <br /> of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owners or <br /> subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owners or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision) of the property described by said Map shall <br /> enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision <br /> improvement agreement on file in the office of the City <br /> Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of Parcel Map <br /> No. 93-5" (form dated 04/16/96), wherein Owner, in <br /> consideration for the approval of said Map by City, shall <br /> agree to construct and complete in the time specified in <br /> said Agreement, all improvements required of Owner under the <br /> provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br /> <br /> <br />
