EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />FREE SHAKESPEARE IN THE PARK: <br />2019 is the 37`h Anniversary of Free Shakespeare in the Park. San Francisco <br />Shakespeare Festival's flagship program brings professional productions to large, <br />diverse audiences in beautiful public parks throughout the Bay Area. Each year, the <br />Consultant presents a free outdoor production for over 30,000 attendees — many of <br />whom have never seen a live Shakespearean performance. These communities include <br />Pleasanton, Cupertino, Redwood City, and San Francisco. <br />REDWOOD CITY PERFORMANCES: <br />Consultant will hold six performances of "As You Like It" for Free Shakespeare in the <br />Park, as detailed below: <br />Location: Sequoia High School (1201 Brewster Ave., Redwood City <br />Dates and Times: August 10, 11, 17, 18, 24, 25 on Saturdays at ?00pm and Sundays <br />at 4:00pm. <br />Consultant will provide all permitting with Sequoia High School (using open grove area); <br />compensation includes load -in, performances, and take down. <br />REV: 04-17-19 DZ <br />Page 9 of 9 <br />ATTY/AGR.2019.100/San Francisco Shakespeare Festival <br />
