Amendment to agreement for professional services with CSG Consultants, <br />Inc. in the amount of $600,000 for a total contract of $1,200,000 for building <br />inspection and plan review services, extend the agreement for one year, and <br />make miscellaneous changes to the underlying agreement; <br />2. Amendment to agreement for professional services with Shums Coda & <br />Associates, Inc. in the amount of $600,000 for a total contract of $1,200,000 for <br />building inspection and plan review services, extend the agreement for one <br />year, and make miscellaneous changes to the underlying agreement; <br />3.
