6.K. - Page 8 of 19 <br />Preventative Semi -Annual Maintenance coincides with monthly): <br />Contractor will: <br />1. Rotate back-up batteries. <br />2. Take voltage measurements from back-up batteries. <br />3. Test battery back-up by disconnecting PG&E power at service cabinet. <br />4. Check ground rod clamp and wire. <br />5. Visually check integrity of wire splices. <br />6. Adjust all mast arm mounted street name signs as needed. <br />7. Record date and time along with findings and work performed. <br />Preventative Annual Maintenance (coincides with monthly and semi-annual <br />Contractor will: <br />1. Inspect utility electrical service cabinet hardware supplying power to signal <br />controller cabinet. <br />2. Vacuum and clean signal controller cabinet, electrical service cabinet, and <br />battery back-up system cabinet (if applicable). <br />3. Take voltage measurements at service inputs to signal controller cabinet from <br />utility service feed. <br />4. Take voltage measurements at battery back-up system inputs from utility service <br />feed (if applicable). <br />5. Take voltage measurements at service inputs to signal controller cabinet from <br />battery back-up system (if applicable). <br />6. Check for water accumulation and duct sealant as necessary. <br />7. Replace signal cabinet filter if nylon -mesh type. <br />8. Vacuum and clean signal cabinet filter if aluminum -mesh type. <br />9. Inspect hinges and locking mechanisms on all signal associated cabinets and <br />lubricate if needed. <br />10. Record date and time along with findings and work performed. <br />11. Fee Schedule <br />Contractor shall provide the services outlined above on a per task basis not to exceed <br />$438,825.
