More than one person per <br />room, 4.Cost Burden greater than 30% <br />0% - 30% of AMI <br />A total of 3,650 households in Redwood City are considered extremely low income (ELI), earning 30% or <br />less of median income. It is estimated that 85% of those households have one or more of the identified <br />housing problem. Based on the criterion for disproportionate needs, the only category that experiences <br />a disproportionately greater need are American Indian/Alaska Native households, at 100%.
