These strengths include extensive efforts to involve the <br />community in identifying needs and trends, collaborative efforts with other jurisdictions to address <br />regional issues, and the close working relationships with and support of the nonprofit sector in their <br />important role in the overall health and strength of the community. Overcoming the experience gaps of <br />each group requires only cooperation with other agencies or groups who have the necessary <br />experience.
