Sanitary sewer connection and service —115 Harcross Road in Woodside, CA <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution: <br />1. Finding that exceptional or extraordinary conditions support the <br />authorization of a sewer connection permit to 115 Harcross Road (APN 069- <br />041-100) in Woodside, CA (the Property) pursuant to Municipal Code Section <br />27.53. <br />2. Authorizing the City Manager to submit an application to LAFCo requesting <br />approval of extension of sewer services outside the City's jurisdictional <br />boundaries and outside the City's Sphere of Influence pursuant to Government <br />Code Section 56133. <br />3. Establishing conditions to permit the extension of sanitary sewer service to <br />the Property, including payment of applicable fees and submittal of <br />construction plans. <br />4. Authorizing the City Manager to execute a sanitary sewer utilities <br />maintenance agreement with the owner of the Property. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 3.
