06/10/2019 <br />WHEREAS, on May 28, 2019, the HHCC held a public hearing to accept public <br />comments on the draft amendments to the 2018-2022 Consolidated Plan and 2018- <br />2019 Annual Action Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, this City Council desires to approve the amendments to the 2018- <br />2022 Consolidated Plan and 2018-2019 Annual Action Plan and authorize the execution <br />of all documents pertaining thereto, including all understandings and assurances <br />connected therewith. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The amendments to the 2018-2022 Consolidated Plan and 2018-2019 <br />Annual Action Plan, prepared for submission to the United States Department of <br />Housing and Urban Development for a Community Development Block Grant pursuant <br />to Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, and the HOME <br />Investment Partnerships Program contained in Title II of the Cranston -Gonzalez <br />National Affordable Housing Act, copies of which as well as the Consolidated Plan are <br />on file in the office of the Community Development Department of the City of Redwood <br />City, are hereby approved. <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />ATTY/RESO.0060/CC RE50 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN BUDGET AMENDMENT FY 18-19 RESO.NO. 15775 <br />REV: 05-28-19 DZ MUFF NO. 454 <br />
