(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on June 10, 2019. <br />Present: Councilmembers Aguirre, Borgens, Hale, Howard, Masur and Reddy <br />M/S Aguirre/Borgens to approve the contract documents and award a contract (Section <br />00520) for the Neighborhood Street Enhancement Project to Grade Tech, Inc. of San Ramon, <br />CA for their responsive and responsible low base bid of $1,233,443.00 and authorize the City <br />Manager to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% above the original contract <br />amount. <br />Motion passes 6-0 by electronic vote with Mayor Bain absent. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
