(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on June 10, 2019. <br />Present: Councilmembers Aguirre, Borgens, Hale, Howard, Masur and Reddy <br />M/S Aguirre/Borgens to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. <br />3 to the General Services Agreement with Cal -West Lighting and Signal Maintenance, Inc. <br />for electrical maintenance of traffic signals, street lights, and lighted crosswalks and marking <br />of underground electrical services in an amount not to exceed $438,825, including continued <br />City Manager authority to extend the agreement for an additional one-year, consecutive term <br />in an amount not to exceed five percent above the previous term amount, for an aggregate <br />not to exceed amount of $1,939,916.25. <br />Motion passes 6-0 by electronic vote with Mayor Bain absent. <br />4"' Be &/ t'—e <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
