CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered routine and are approved in one motion. <br />Motion and second, Aguirre/Hale, to approve all items on the Consent Calendar. Agreements between the City of Redwood City acting as fiscal agent for <br />Redwood City 2020 and the Redwood City School District and Community in <br />Schools for the Pipeline of Success and Socios for Success projects (304) <br />MO 19-105 <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the <br />agreement between the City of Redwood City acting as fiscal agent for <br />Redwood City 2020 and Redwood City School District to receive $307,500 for <br />Pipeline of Success and Socios for Success projects; and <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the <br />agreement between the City of Redwood City acting as fiscal agent for <br />Redwood City 2020 and Community In Schools in the amount of $150,000 to <br />support the Pipeline of Success project <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.B. Assignment, assumption, and loan modification agreement with Redwood <br />Oaks Associates II LP, for funds to rehabilitate Redwood Oaks Apartments at <br />330-340 Redwood Avenue and to preserve affordable housing units for 55 <br />years (304) <br />Recommendation: <br />MO 19-106 <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager or designee to execute <br />related loan modification documents for funds to rehabilitate Redwood Oaks <br />Apartments, including execution of an assignment, assumption, and loan <br />modification agreement, an amended and restated secured promissory note <br />and an amended and restated deed of trust, assignment of rents, security <br />agreement and fixture filing, and approve and authorize the City Manager to <br />make any minor, clarifying and conforming changes to the agreements specified <br />above as approved by the City Attorney and take any action necessary to <br />effectuate the agreements. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />Page 2 of 8 <br />
