Those certain proposals dated February 5, 1996 and July 19, 1996, <br />from Russett Diesel Service and AIIstar Fire Equipment, inc., respectively, <br />collectively providing for the hydraulic overhaul and repair and modification of <br />that certain aerial ladder truck assigned to the Fire Department in the total <br />amount of Forty-three Thousand Six Hundred Forty-eight and 54/100 Dollars <br />($43,648.54) arehereby approved and accepted, and the City Manager is hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute such purchase documents or agreements (in <br />form approved by the City Attorney) as are necessary or appropriate to <br />effectuate the aforesaid purchase and repair. <br /> <br /> 3.
