Gov't Code § 54956.8: "...a legislative body of a local agency may hold a closed <br />session with its negotiator prior to the purchase, sale, exchange, or lease of real <br />property by or for the local agency to grant authority to its negotiator regarding the <br />price and terms of payment for the purchase, sale, exchange, or lease." <br />A closed session will be held on June 24, 2019, at 5:45 p.m., for the purpose of <br />1) conferring with and/or receiving advice from your legal counsel and 2) <br />conferring with and/or receiving advice from your negotiators concerning price and <br />terms for the sale of real property. <br />5. ADJOURNMENT <br />AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT: <br />The City Council will provide materials in appropriate alternative formats to comply <br />with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
