6.N. - Page 4 of 16 <br />AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES BETWEEN THE REDWOOD <br />CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT AND THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY <br />This Agreement is made as of this day of June 12th, 2019 by and between the Redwood City <br />School District ("RCSD" or "District") and the City of Redwood City ("CONTRACTOR" or <br />"Provider") to provide services. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. SERVICES <br />The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide services to the RCSD in accordance with the terms and <br />conditions of this Agreement. <br />The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide extended day academic and enrichment services as <br />described in the RCSD Expanded Day Program & School Minimum Expectations in <br />Attachment A and RCSD Expanded Day Policies and Protocols in Attachment B at the <br />following school sites: John Gill, Selby Lane, and John F. Kennedy. The RCSD will provide <br />the necessary supports to the CONTRACTOR as described in Attachment A. If applicable, the <br />CONTRACTOR will refer families, who participate in the U.S. Department of Education's 21St <br />Century Community Learning Center ("21St CCLC") initiative, to existing literacy and related <br />educational development services. <br />The CONTRACTOR agrees to utilize the computer system (CitySpan) provided by the RCSD <br />to enter daily attendance. Any technical difficulties associated with utilizing this system will be <br />reported within 72 hours. <br />The CONTRACTOR agrees to develop site-specific protocols for collaboration within frame of <br />program, which may include but are not limited to: materials, space and equipment sharing <br />guidelines, communication protocols, shared goals, and others. Any site-specific agreement will <br />be in compliance with this contract and its attachments. <br />2. TERM OF AGREEMENT <br />The term of this Agreement is from July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020. <br />3. COMPENSATION <br />A.
