Powers & Associates, Inc. in a not -to -exceed amount of $111,740 for the preparation of an Environmental Impact Report in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines for the project at 557 East Bayshore Road for a total agreement amount of $511,740.
