Initial Operational Objectives • Use the EOP information collection plan to assess the incident. • Determine any areas that require evacuation, including areas at risk of moisture -induced landslides. • Finalize and promulgate evacuation routes. • Repair City -owned pumps and clear City -owned storm drains as needed. • If water or wastewater service is lost, restore service as safe and feasible to do so. Coordinate with PG&E and other utility provides to restore any other services that are experiencing outages. • Activate and open shelters as required. D-20 582
