DES:dj~ 07/29/96 (026/42) <br /> <br />Inc., a copy of which agreement is on file in the Office of the <br />City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and <br />City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> 3. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid of <br /> Robison-Prezioso, Inc., are hereby waived. <br /> <br /> 4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> return to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful bidder <br /> upon execution by it of the aforementioned agreement, all <br /> securities guaranteeing execution of the agreement upon award. <br /> <br /> <br />
