CC&Rs including provisions for maintenance of and access to shared utilities, stormwater treatment facilities, surface improvements, and common areas, and an estimate of costs and proposed level of maintenance for each of the activities identified. Geotechnical Report - Include a geotechnical field review and reports for all grading work, prepared by a licensed geotechnical engineer and in conformance with Engineering Standards, Volumes II & III, CBC, and other State regulations.
