Impact GS -5: Implementation of the Project would not use alternative wastewater <br />disposal systems, and thus would not have any impacts relating to the use of septic <br />tanks or other alternative wastewater disposal systems. <br />Impact GS -6: The Project, in combination with past, present, and reasonably <br />foreseeable projects, would result in less -than -significant cumulative impacts with <br />respect to geology, soils and seismicity. <br />7. Greenhouse Gas Emissions. These findings regarding the Project's potential impacts <br />relating to greenhouse gas emissions are based on the analyses on pages 4.6-20 to 4.6-27 of <br />the DEIR, which are hereby incorporated herein in its entirety. <br />Impact GG -1: The Project would not directly or indirectly generate greenhouse <br />gas emissions that may have a significant impact on the environment. <br />Impact GG -2: The Project would not conflict with an applicable plan, policy, or <br />regulation of an agency adopted for the purpose of reducing the emissions of <br />greenhouse gases. <br />Impact GG -3: The Project, in combination with past, present, and reasonably <br />foreseeable projects, would result in less -than -significant cumulative impacts with <br />respect to greenhouse gas emissions. <br />8. Hazards and Hazardous Materials. These findings regarding the Project's potential <br />impacts relating to hazards and hazardous materials are based on the analyses on pages 4.7-17 <br />to 4.7-24 of the DEIR, which are hereby incorporated herein in its entirety. <br />Impact HH -1: Implementation of the Project would not create a significant hazard <br />to the public or the environment through the routine transport, use, or disposal of <br />hazardous materials. <br />Impact HH -2: Implementation of the Project would not create a significant hazard <br />to the public or the environment through reasonably foreseeable upset and <br />accidental conditions involving the release of hazardous materials into the <br />environment. <br />Impact HH -3: Implementation of the Project would not emit hazardous emissions <br />or result in the handling of hazardous materials, substances, or waste within one- <br />quarter mile of a proposed school. <br />Impact HH -4: Implementation of the Project would not be located on a site which <br />is included on a list of hazardous material sites compiled pursuant to Government <br />Code Section 65962.5 and create a significant hazard to public or the environment. <br />Impact HH -5: The Project would not be located within an airport land use plan or, <br />where such a plan has not been adopted, within 2 miles of a public airport or public <br />use airport, resulting in a safety hazard for people residing or working in the Project <br />area. <br />Impact HH -6: The Project would not be located within the vicinity of a private <br />airstrip or result in a safety hazard for people residing or working in the Project <br />area. <br />ATTY/RESO.0036/PC RESO CERTIFYING THE EIR — SOBRATO <br />REV: 04-29-19 PR <br />Page 10 of 29 <br />
