Greenhouse Gas Emissions. These findings regarding the Project's potential impacts
relating to greenhouse gas emissions are based on the analyses on pages 4.6-20 to 4.6-27 of
the DEIR, which are hereby incorporated herein in its entirety.
Impact GG -1: The Project would not directly or indirectly generate greenhouse
gas emissions that may have a significant impact on the environment.
Impact GG -2: The Project would not conflict with an applicable plan, policy, or
regulation of an agency adopted for the purpose of reducing the emissions of
greenhouse gases.
Impact GG -3: The Project, in combination with past, present, and reasonably
foreseeable projects, would result in less -than -significant cumulative impacts with
respect to greenhouse gas emissions.
8. Hazards and Hazardous Materials. These findings regarding the Project's potential
impacts relating to hazards and hazardous materials are based on the analyses on pages 4.7-17
to 4.7-24 of the DEIR, which are hereby incorporated herein in its entirety.
Impact HH -1: Implementation of the Project would not create a significant hazard
to the public or the environment through the routine transport, use, or disposal of
hazardous materials.
Impact HH -2: Implementation of the Project would not create a significant hazard
to the public or the environment through reasonably foreseeable upset and
accidental conditions involving the release of hazardous materials into the
environment.
Impact HH -3: Implementation of the Project would not emit hazardous emissions
or result in the handling of hazardous materials, substances, or waste within one-
quarter mile of a proposed school.
Impact HH -4: Implementation of the Project would not be located on a site which
is included on a list of hazardous material sites compiled pursuant to Government
Code Section 65962.5 and create a significant hazard to public or the environment.
Impact HH -5: The Project would not be located within an airport land use plan or,
where such a plan has not been adopted, within 2 miles of a public airport or public
use airport, resulting in a safety hazard for people residing or working in the Project
area.
Impact HH -6: The Project would not be located within the vicinity of a private
airstrip or result in a safety hazard for people residing or working in the Project
area.
ATTY/RESO.0036/PC RESO CERTIFYING THE EIR — SOBRATO
REV: 04-29-19 PR
