Mitigation Measures - Provide written documentation of compliance with all required mitigation measures in the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) established by the certified Environmental Impact Report prior to issuance of final certificate of occupancy. Transportation Impact Fee - Pay a Traffic Impact Fee for the net new trips resulting from the proposed project, estimated at $758,373. These fees must be paid in full prior to the issuance of each respective building permit.
