(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on June 24, 2019. <br />Present: Councilmembers Aguirre, Borgens, Hale, Howard, Masur, Reddy, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Borgens/Aguirre to award the standard form construction contract (Section 00520) for <br />the 2019 Microsurfacing Project to American Asphalt Repair & Resurfacing Co., Inc. of <br />Hayward, CA for their responsive and responsible low bid of $702,652, and authorize the <br />City Manager to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% above the original <br />contract amount. <br />Motion passes unanimously by electronic vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
