(205) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on June 24, 2019. <br />Present: Councilmembers Aguirre, Borgens, Hale, Howard, Masur, Reddy, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Borgens/Aguirre to authorize the Mayor to send letters to Assemblymember Mullin and <br />Senator Hill opposing AB 516, which would eliminate the ability of the City to effectively <br />enforce state vehicle code sections and local vehicle ordinances related to vehicles left on <br />the roadway in violation of the 72 -hour parking limit, vehicles with registration expired more <br />than six months, and vehicles with excessive unpaid parking citations. <br />Motion passes unanimously by electronic vote. <br />'63a41C <br />U <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
