Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. <br />1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Groundwater and Environmental <br />Services, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $94,275, for an aggregate amount not <br />to exceed $247,925 for management and coordination of quarterly <br />groundwater monitoring events and remediation design services at Sequoia <br />Station Shopping Center. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 21. Enforcement Actions by Regulatory Agencies <br />6.1. Award of Contract — 2018-2019 Sanitary Sewer Replacement Project (304) <br />MO 19-121 <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract <br />documents and award the standard form construction contract 00520 for the <br />2018-2019 Sanitary Sewer Replacement Project to the lowest responsible <br />bidder, Casey Construction, Inc. of Emerald Hills, California, for their low bid of <br />$3,738,000.00; and, authorize the City Manager to increase the contract <br />amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the original contract amount, not to exceed <br />$4,111,800.00. <br />CECA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 2. Replacement or reconstruction <br />6.J. Purchase of light -emitting diode (LED) street lights from All Industrial Electric <br />Supply, Inc. (304) MO 19-122 <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a one-year <br />general services agreement with All Industrial Electric Supply, Inc. in the amount <br />of $220,563 for the purchase of LED street lights, including City Manager <br />authority to extend the agreement for up to two consecutive two-year terms, <br />for a total not -to -exceed contract amount of $1,142,913. <br />CECA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 1.
