06/24/2019 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15783 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE FIVE-YEAR <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY FOR THE PERIOD OF FISCAL YEAR 2019-20 THROUGH FISCAL <br />YEAR 2023-24 <br />WHEREAS, a proposed Five -Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for Fiscal <br />Years (FY) 2019-20 through FY 2023-24 (hereinafter referred to as the "Proposed CIP" and <br />incorporated herein by reference) has been prepared by the City Manager; and <br />WHEREAS, the Proposed CIP is on file with the City Clerk and is available for review <br />upon request; and <br />WHEREAS, after due deliberation and consideration, it is the intention of the City <br />Council of the City of Redwood City to approve and adopt the Proposed CIP presently on <br />file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. The City Council hereby finds that the facts set forth in the recitals to <br />this resolution are true and correct, and establish the factual basis for the City Council's <br />adoption of this resolution. <br />SECTION 2. The Proposed CIP is hereby approved and adopted. The adoption is <br />for all five years of the Proposed CIP presently on file in the office of the City Clerk. Upon <br />adoption of a future Proposed CIP, this appropriation shall be superseded. <br />SECTION 3.
