Finance staff of each agency will complete their review of the draft reports within one to <br />two weeks. During that period, Consultant shall be available for any meetings that may <br />be necessary to discuss the drafts. Once all issues for discussion are resolved, the final <br />signed reports shall be delivered to finance personnel within five working days. This <br />process will be completed while adhering to the following dates: <br />All draft reports for SVCW and Port shall be provided by October 31st of <br />each year <br />All draft reports for City and SBWMA shall be provided by November 6th of <br />each year <br />All final reports for SVCW and Port shall be issued by November 13th of <br />each year <br />All final reports for City and SBWMA shall be issued by November 20th of <br />each year <br />Working Paper Retention and Access to Working Papers <br />All working papers and reports must be retained, at Consultant's expense, for a <br />minimum of seven (7) years, unless the firm is notified in writing by the City of Redwood <br />City of the need to extend the retention period. Consultant shall be required to make all <br />working papers available upon request, to the following parties or their designees, <br />except as otherwise specified below: <br />• City of Redwood City (Redwood City working papers only) <br />• Silicon Valley Clean Water Authority (SVCW working papers only) <br />• South Bayside Waste Management Authority (SBWMA working papers only) <br />• U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development <br />• U.S. General Accounting Office (GAO) <br />• State of California, State Controller <br />• State of California, Department of Finance <br />• Parties designated by the federal government or state governments or by the <br />City of Redwood City, SVCW, or SBWMA as part of an audit quality review <br />process <br />• Auditors of entities of which the City of Redwood City, SVCW, the Port or <br />SBWMA is a sub -recipient of grant funds <br />In addition, the firm shall respond to the reasonable inquiries of Successor auditors <br />and allow Successor auditors to review working papers relating to matters of <br />continuing accounting significance. <br />Additional Services <br />The following services are included at no additional cost: <br />1) Year-round support and telephone consultation on pertinent issues affecting <br />the City, <br />Page 18 of 21 <br />REV: 5-23-19 PR <br />ATTY/AGR.2019.141 /Maze —Auditing Services <br />
