Each additional <br />major program testing will be billed at $5,500. It is anticipated that there will be three major <br />programs for FY 2023-24, thus resulting in an additional not-to-exceed cost of $11,000, <br />bringing the total not-to-exceed cost of Amendment No. 3 to $171,600. In the event that <br />more than three major programs are subject to review for FY 2023-24, the Parties will <br />enter into a contract amendment in writing for those costs. <br />ATTY/AGR.2024/Amend.
