In consideration of the payments set forth in Exhibit "B", (Contractor) shall provide the following services: <br />Responsible for the coordination of the Alcohol and Other Drug Prevention Partnership, including convening partners <br />and contractors, financial oversight, and fulfillment of all contract deliverables. <br />Prepare content for and facilitate regular community education program trainings and other meetings. <br />Coordinate partner collaboration, including outreach and logistics for meetings, workshops and other events, <br />facilitation of regular Alcohol and Other Drug prevention coalition meetings and monitoring of progress toward work <br />plan completion. <br />Coordinate data collection, analysis and reporting activities. <br />Compile, analyze and lead grant writing and reporting for assigned initiatives. <br />Coordinate community assessment activities and priority setting for current and future ADD program requirements. <br />Define content, write, and post regular initiative -related social media updates. <br />Ensure program compliance with all policies, procedures and protocols of initiatives and grant requirements. <br />Support other core programs, projects, and tasks as assigned. <br />Y•tl: Y1i1i:Yi <br />In consideration of the services provided by (Contractor), in Exhibit "A", Sequoia Union High School District shall pay <br />(Contractor) based on the following fee schedule: <br />Payment in the amount of $106,800 is contingent upon reimbursement from the County of San Mateo. <br />Payment in full NET 30 upon receipt of invoice. <br />Budget: 01-9012-0-0000-3140-5813-800 <br />092019 TC- RWC 2020 Contract <br />
