In consideration of the payments set forth in Exhibit "B", (Contractor) shall provide the following services: Responsible for the coordination of the Alcohol and Other Drug Prevention Partnership, including convening partners and contractors, financial oversight, and fulfillment of all contract deliverables. Prepare content for and facilitate regular community education program trainings and other meetings. Coordinate partner collaboration, including outreach and logistics for meetings, workshops and other events, facilitation of regular Alcohol and Other Drug prevention coalition meetings and monitoring of progress toward work plan completion. Coordinate data collection, analysis and reporting activities. Compile, analyze and lead grant writing and reporting for assigned initiatives. Coordinate community assessment activities and priority setting for current and future ADD program requirements. Define content, write, and post regular initiative -related social media updates. Ensure program compliance with all policies, procedures and protocols of initiatives and grant requirements. Support other core programs, projects, and tasks as assigned.
