EXHIBIT A-1 <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES — CITY <br />1. City agrees to provide the Town the following services as described herein: <br />A. City shall provide maintenance services for Town's motor vehicles on an <br />"as needed" basis and upon request of Town who shall deliver the motor vehicles to the <br />City for maintenance services and upon completion, take delivery of said vehicle. <br />Tires containing nails, screws, etc. shall not be patched, rather, tires shall be replaced <br />immediately identifying the issue. This applies to emergency vehicles, only. <br />The hourly rate for all services is $119.49. Town shall pay City for all parts and supplies <br />furnished in connection with such maintenance services at the cost thereof to City. <br />City will consult with Town before conducting major repairs exceeding $1,000 for parts and/or <br />$2,000 for parts and labor combined. <br />B.
