12.9. Execution in Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be <br />deemed an original, and all of which together shall constitute but one and the same Agreement. The <br />parties agree that a faxed or scanned signature may substitute for and have the same legal effect as <br />the original signature. <br />12.10. Compliance with Privacy Laws.
