Legislation (information only) - This sub-section involves possible discussion of <br />City Position on Proposed Legislation described in the League of California Cities <br />Priority Focus Bulletin No. 33-2007 and 34-2007. Council may direct staff to act on <br />positions taken by Council. (Copies of League of California Cities Priority Focus <br />available in City Clerk's Department). <br /> <br />C. Vice Mayor Foust - stated that the General Plan Committee met August 30, and <br />will meet again October 12. She distributed a document to Council that discusses <br />not going through a revision of the General Plan but taking a new direction. There <br />would be a one time cost, it would take 16-24 months, and if the committee concurs, <br />Vice Mayor Foust will come back with more information. <br /> <br />10.
