INVOCATION - Pastor Dennis Logie, Police Department Chaplain <br /> <br />Pastor Logie further announced the service in commemoration of September 11, 2001 <br />to be held on Tuesday morning, Courthouse Square beginning at 5:46 a.m. as a time to <br />express thoughts, prayers, condolences, and written messages of support. There will be <br />no formal program. <br />
