EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Consultant shall provide an interim Executive Director to continue the implementation of major <br />initiatives and partnerships for Redwood City 2020. <br />I. Key Deliverables <br />Consultant's key work product deliverables will be fluid and produced as needed to advance <br />the efforts of Redwood City 2020 but will generally consist of the following items: <br />• Providing immediate and ongoing executive bandwidth; <br />• Maintaining community visibility through partnership management activities; <br />• Prioritizing the stewardship and cultivation of all stakeholders, including the <br />leadership council and key funders; <br />• Supporting and driving policy initiatives in partnership with the leadership council; <br />• Coaching, supervising, and aligning all RWC 2020 staff members; and <br />• Seeking additional funding from grants, private donors, etc. <br />11.
