EXHIBIT B <br />FEE SCHEDULE: <br />Consultant shall be paid on an hourly basis, with a two (2) hour minimum charge per <br />inspection. The hourly rate of Ninety -Four dollars ($94/hour) shown in the following <br />chart includes labor, reporting (preparation and delivery of testing reports), travel, <br />sampling, sample pick-up, core sampling technical supervision, testing equipment, <br />taxes, insurance and all other incidental charges and all other expenses. There shall be <br />no separate hourly rate or mileage charged for travel time. The following chart reflects <br />an estimate of needed inspections and materials testing that forms the basis of the not - <br />to -exceed dollar amount of this Agreement, and does not impose the maximum number <br />of any particular type of inspection or test. Other hourly charges and rates are specified <br />in the attached Schedule of Charges for an "as -needed" basis.
