REV: 06-30-22 JB <br />Exhibit “A” <br />FEE SCHEDULE: <br />Consultant shall be paid on an hourly basis, with a four (4) hours minimum charge per <br />inspection. The hourly rate of One Hundred and Eight dollars ($108/hour) shown in the <br />following table includes labor, reporting (preparation and delivery of testing reports), <br />travel, sampling, sample pick-up, core sampling technical supervision, testing equipment, <br />taxes, insurance and all other incidental charges and all other expenses. There shall be no <br />separate hourly rate or mileage charged for travel time.
