• FORM: ICS -211 <br />• FORM: ICS -205 <br />❑ Check work station to ensure readiness <br />❑ Wear identification vest and read overjob aid <br />❑ Receive situation, section and position briefing from available and appropriate personnel <br />❑ Notify Watch Commander of status <br />❑ Ensure readiness to maintain concise records of position activities <br />• FORM: ICS -214 <br />❑ Contact and assist the Operational Area EOC Law Enforcement Mutual Aid Coordinators as <br />required or requested <br />Response: <br />❑ Ensure that Unit position logs and other necessary files are maintained <br />❑ Maintain status on Law Enforcement missions being conducted <br />❑ Direct field units to report pertinent information (casualties, damage observations, evacuating <br />status, radiation levels, chemical exposure, etc.) to the appropriate Law Enforcement Branch <br />Director <br />❑ Ensure that field units begin safety/damage assessment survey of critical facilities and report <br />status information to the EOC Planning/Intelligence Section through the EOC Operations Section <br />❑ Provide the Operations Section Chief and the Planning/Intelligence Section with an overall <br />summary of Law Enforcement Branch operations periodically or as requested during the <br />operational period <br />• REPORT: PUBLIC SAFETY STATUS <br />J On a regular basis, complete and maintain the Law Enforcement Status Report <br />❑ Refer all contacts with the media to the Public Information Branch <br />❑ Ensure that all fiscal and administrative requirements are coordinated through the Finance <br />Section (notification of any emergency expenditures and daily time sheets) <br />❑ Prepare objectives for the Law Enforcement Unit for the subsequent Operational period; provide <br />them to the Law Enforcement Branch Director prior to the end of the shift and the next Action <br />Planning Meeting <br />❑ Provide your relief with a briefing at shift change, informing him/her of all ongoing activities, <br />branch objectives for the next operational period and any other pertinent information <br />Evacuation: <br />❑ In coordination with Fire and Rescue Branch designate area to be warned and/or evacuated <br />❑ Establish emergency traffic routes incoordination with the Public Works Branch <br />❑ Coordinate with the EOC Public Works Branch traffic engineering to determine capacity and safety <br />of evacuation routes and time to complete evacuation <br />C-52 <br />
