D-30 <br />Information Technology: <br />• Design and management of technology <br />infrastructure. In Pandemic Influenza <br />infection situation, IT will not require any <br />infrastructure changes to transition to EOC. <br />In the case of environmental damages such <br />as structural, electrical, fire or water <br />damage with City Hall server room, this will <br />require activation of the Zerto virtual site <br />failover services to EOC. (please refer to <br />Business Continuity Plans for recovery <br />Administrative Service (cont.) <br />steps.) <br />• Development and management of single or <br />multi-user, department and/or enterprise- <br />wide software applications. VPN Access <br />capability is already in place for users to be <br />able to access desktop and servers <br />remotely. (note this is only available at City <br />hall at this time, backup VPN services can be <br />added at PD location by purchasing <br />additional Sonic Global VPN client licenses) <br />• Advise the council and other city officials <br />• Draft ordinances, resolutions, contracts and <br />other legal documents <br />• Attend all meetings of the council and of the <br />planning commission <br />City Attorney <br />0 Prosecute or defend all suits or cases to which <br />the city may be a party <br />• Prosecute for all offenses against the <br />ordinances of the City, and for such offenses <br />against the laws of the State <br />• Legal documentation and filing <br />• Preservation of vital records <br />• Facilitate the business proceedings of the City <br />City Clerk's Office <br />Council <br />• Conduct all City elections and administer <br />campaign and financial disclosure law <br />D-30 <br />
