(Herkner <br />and Hoover Pools) <br />• Develop strategy to suspend all programs and close identified <br />facilities in the event a Phase 5 alert is declared. <br />Pandemic Alert Period <br />Community Centers <br />Phase 3 - new human <br />• Identify programs at mass congregational facilities. (Red <br />subtype no/little human to <br />Morton Community Center, the Veterans Memorial <br />human <br />Senior Center, the Community Activities Building, the <br />Sandpiper Community Center, and the Fair Oaks <br />Community Center) <br />• Develop strategy to suspend all programs and close <br />identified facilities in the event a Phase 5 alert is <br />declared. <br />D-62 <br />
