Certain conditions result in the need for the EOC Director to engage a more formal process. A written <br />Action Plan should be considered under the following conditions: <br />• Two or more jurisdictions are involved in the response <br />• The incident continues into the next Operational Period <br />• A number of ICS organizational elements are activated (e.g., when General Staff Sections are <br />staffed) <br />• It is required to support recovery processes <br />• An evacuation or community hazardous materials incident is involved, in which case, a written <br />Action Plan is required <br />F-14 <br />
