6.H. - Page 3 of 7 <br />Included in the attached agreement is a detailed scope of services for Ms. Parks' work. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />On November 5, 2018, the City Council approved Amendment No. 1 to extend Ms. Parks' contract through <br />the end of March 2019 and increase the contract amount up to an additional $60,000. Amendment No. 1 <br />also included an additional option to amend the contract time, if necessary, for up to a six month period <br />with an amount not to exceed $60,000 (Amendment No. 2 and No. 3); for a total agreement amount not <br />to exceed $176,000. Approving Amendment No. 4 would increase the total agreement amount up to an <br />additional $52,325 for a total not to exceed agreement amount of $228,325. The funding for this <br />agreement is included in the FY 2019-20 adopted budget and derives from salary savings from the <br />CDBG/HOME Administrator staffing vacancy, cannabis business permitting fees, and from the City Council <br />approved Retail Action Plan budget.
