Ordinance Effective Date <br />Standard Ordinance:Asecond reading of the ordinance changes <br />would occur at the regularly scheduled August 26, 20 19 Council <br />meeting. The effective date would be September 25, 20 19, which is <br />30 days after the second reading. <br />• All ADU applications that have not been deemed complete prior to <br />September 25, 20 19 would be subject to the adopted ordinance. <br />Urgency Ordinance Effective immediately.
