6.B. - Page 26 of 28 <br />Appendix 5: Utilities Evaluation <br />Page 20 <br />The draft report will be submitted to the City for review, and a meeting (budgeted in Task 6) will <br />be held to review the City's comments. A final Engineering Report will be submitted after <br />receiving City's comments. <br />Task 5. City Data Requirements: GIS shape files showing proposed parcels and Project land use. <br />Task 6. Meetings and Project Management <br />Consultant will hold project meetings and provide project coordination and project management <br />during project implementation with two face-to-face meetings: a project kickoff meeting, at <br />which key assumptions for the technical evaluations will be reviewed; and a project meeting to <br />review City comments on the draft Engineering Report. <br />Task 7. Optional Services Task for Additional Analysis <br />This task is an optional services task to provide additional hydraulic evaluation scenarios for each <br />of the systems, at the request of the City. Budgeting for the optional services task assumes two <br />additional scenarios for each system. <br />BUDGET AND SCHEDULE <br />Consultant will perform the Scope of Work described above on a time and materials basis at the <br />billing rates set forth in Consultant's attached Billing Rate Schedule (Attachment A), for a not- <br />to- exceed budget of $101,300 for the base scope of services, and $115,600 if the optional analysis <br />task (Task 7) is authorized, as summarized in Table 1. Any additional services not included <br />in this Scope of Work will be performed only after receiving written authorization and a <br />corresponding budget augmentation. <br />Table 1.
